This Contract provides for the improvement of 2 WSDOT-owned properties within the 44 City of Fife and City of Milton located at: 602 54th 46 Avenue E, Fife (parcel P3-10632) 7100 Pacific Highway E, Milton (parcel P3-10670) by removal and disposal of buildings, concrete foundations, chain link fence, sign posts, bollards, regrading with gravel borrow, seeding, mulching and other work, all in SR 509 SR 167 Completion Demo 8 21C520 2 1 accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard 2 Specifications.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
