Description
The purpose of this procurement is for the Leominster, Lunenburg, Sterling, or West Boylston Housing Authorities to contract with a qualified flooring contractor for various on-call flooring jobs throughout the year when the housing authorities do not have the available labor resources. The housing authorities retain the right to utilize their own staff for any flooring needs; however, our intent is to award the majority of this work to the contractor. The contracts will begin 11/01/2021 and will terminate 10/31/2022.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
