The work to be performed under this contract consist of; removing existing high mast light towers, foundations, and installing new lighting units, new foundations, new unit duct, excavation, site restorations, maintenance of traffic plans and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described therein.
