ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for construction of Scooter's Cofee, 638 SF, 100 W Broadway Denver City TX for the following trades: Earthwork, Demolition, Site Utilities, Erosion Control, Lime Stabilization, Hydro-Mulching, Detention Pond, Striping, Surveying, Roofing, Lab Testing, Landscaping & Irrigation, Temp. Fencing, Concrete, Saw Cutting, Masonry, Structural Steel, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry, FRP, Waterproofing, Joint Sealer, Roofing, Doors, Storefront, Glass, Tinting, Wood Framing, Lumber, Acoustical, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Flagpoles, Fire Extinguishers, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.
