Description
Decommission the existing ejector pump, remove it from the vault and isolate the sewer line pipe for connection to the new ejector pump and piping system. The electrical feed to this removed pump will be “lockout/tagout” disconnected and off. A replacement pump, vault, and piping will be installed at a nearby existing condition location but nearest to the underground force main for ease of making connection to discharge pipe.” The Contractor shall complete all or any designated portions of the work called for under the contract in all parts and requirements within 20 working days (except as modified in the technical specifications).
