Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract with one qualified and experienced contractor to furnish all labor, materials and/or supplies and equipment to provide complete Janitorial Services for approximately 16,000 square feet of floor space at Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s Housing Operations Facility located at 910 Ballentine Blvd. Norfolk, VA. The resultant contract will be a fixed price level of effort for up to five (5) years; one base year and up to four (4) one-year options. Q&A due by 4pm, 10/22/21.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
