Description
Construction of a new rockery wall located in front of the existing rockery wall, installation of temporary fencing, installation of cones for a pedestrian detour, removal and disposal of the existing stairway, installation of a new stairway, new footings, concrete slabs, new railing, and installation of a new ADA ramp along with all appurtenant and incidental items necessary to complete the work as stated in the plans and specifications.
