Description
The scope of work includes: Installation of asphalt paths, site lighting, drainage, landscaping, and site amenities. Work covered by this contract includes but may not be limited to site-work; construction; re-construction; alterations; remodeling or repair of the public works Project including the following major work. The work at Storrow Park Phase 2 will include the following improvements: Vegetation removals, grading & drainage, park path, path lighting and seed planting. Substantial completion by June 1, 2022. MBE goal is 4.2% and WBE goal is 8.8%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
