Description
The City of Newton is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Marty Sender Trail Reconstruction - Phase I at Auburndale Playground. The work consists of, but is not limited to, hauling, handling and storage of materials, open excavations, maintenance of traffic, care and protection of property, maintenance flow, rejected materials nad defective work, sanitary regulations, safety and health regulations, and site investigations. The term of the awarded contract shall extend from the time of execution for approximately sixty (60) days or until the project completion. Deadline for questions is October 15, 2021 by 12:00pm.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
