Description
The Project consists of: Construction of an ADA curb ramp, replacement sidewalk and curbing re-alignment, sanitary main replacement, water service installation, and miscellaneous pavement. This project generally consists of the construction of an ADA curb ramp, replacement of sidewalk and curbing, sanitary sewer main replacement, water service installation, and miscellaneous pavement and furnishings on Laurel Street in Northampton between Chapel Street and 23 Laurel Street. The general Scope of Work shall consist of: Installation and maintenance of erosion control measures and tree protection, Completion of all City of Northampton permits, Implementation of traffic control and pedestrian detours, Scheduling of police details for traffic control, Removal and replacement of sidewalk and curbing, Installation of ADA curb ramp, Installation of sanitary main, Installation of a sanitary manhole, Installation of a water service, Installation of drain line to existing drain manhole, Installation of asphalt pavement over all disturbed right of ways, and All repairs and corrective work required by applicable warranties. Work pursuant to this Request for Proposals shall be ready and substantially complete on or before June 15, 2022.
