The general items of work to be done consist of the construction of an approximately 18-acre public park with four (4) artificial turf sports fields, playground/tot lot, exercise equipment, pre-engineered restroom/concession building, pre-engineered storage buildings, sports lighting, landscape within the park and landscape median at the frontage of the park, and all other incidental and appurtenant work. Project duration is 254 working days. Questions are due no lather than 2:00 PM on Oct 16th. GFE required.
