Emergency Generator Repairs, Fall River, MA

The Fall River Housing Authority, Fall River, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for on-site repairs of the site emergency generator. This work is to be provided for One (1) Emergency Generator located at 2100 South Main Street Fall River, Ma 02724. The work generally includes, but not limited to the following: Provide labor for on-site replacement of the existing emergency generator radiator. New radiator installation to be completed on site and must minimize the required down time needed to complete this work. This project requires an expedite construction schedule 12-hour work shift minimum. Provide temporary power unit wired into the building during the course of this construction. In the event of any unforeseen power loss during this construction period. Replace all coolant liquids with new and perform building load test once completed. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, plant, supplies, equipment transportation, superintendence, temporary construction and all other services necessary to complete the construction for the Owner. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in a timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. Warranties/Guaranties: 1-year installation warranty from the General Contractor on all work performed. Standard manufacture material and equipment warranties.
