Refurbishment of Andover High School Elevator, Andover, MA

The Work under the Contract consists of in general but not limited to: This project includes the refurbishment of one(1) hydraulic elevator located at the Andover High School. This work is expected to include replacement of the elevator machinery and upgrades to elevator controls including card-access readers. All work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. All existing materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable State, Federal and Local Codes and Regulations. In order to be eligible and responsible to bid on this project, General Bidders shall be submit with their bid a current Certificate of Eligibility for Elevators issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, DCAMM (formerly the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, DCPO), together with an Update Statement. Work is to begin in or around 6/10/2022 and shall be completed in full by 8/26/2022.
