Description
Campus Planning Facilities Management is seeking contractor to peerform chiller maintenance. University wishes to maintain 5 chillers to factory recommended standards, high reliability, and optimum energy efficiency; lower the University electricity costs associated with producing chilled water; decrease the long-term life cycle costs and extend the operating life span of chillers; and delay capital expenditure costs due to chiller replacement. Contract entails 3 quarterly operation inspections and maintenance services for each of
the five, 1500 Ton, Carrier model 19XRV Water Cooled Chillers. Insurance required.
