Metro is inviting bids expand the usable office working space at Metro South Transfer Station maintenance building located at 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City, OR 97045 Work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remodel the existing storage space of the mezzanine to add additional usable office accommodations for site personnel. The project also includes all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work. Insurance required.
