Description

This project is to replace the entire approximately 33,276 square foot existing roof with a new roof meeting City Schools design standards. The new roof shall be 0.60 TPO, the slope shall be increased to ¼” per foot, and insulation will attain an average of R-30 rating. Project is to include all flashing, accessories, drains, exhaust fans, doors, ladders, and coping. Q&A due by 4pm, 10/19/21. MBE goal 23%. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
