Description
Maintenance and Upgrades: The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is requesting Guaranteed Maximum Price proposals from qualified teams to provide design-build services for the slip-lining of approximately 1,400 linear feet of an existing 48” diameter deteriorated HDPE storm drainage pipe on Amelia Island. The site is located within an existing drainage easement adjacent to the Schooner Landing residential subdivision adjacent to Safe Harbor Lane. The successful proposer is to perform all investigations, surveys, and field measurements necessary to develop the design documents and implementation of the construction. The Proposer’s team members are to consist of Engineers and Contractors experienced in the rehabilitation/repair by means of slip lining of storm drainage pipe systems.
