Description
New Construction: City seeks to hire a general contractor to construct a par 3 golf course next to existing municipal regulation course. This is an extremely time-sensitive construction project. Due to certain factors and other projects contemporaneous to the construction of the par-3 golf course, the City requires that the course be completely grassed no later than July 31, 2022, and fully completed and available for use by November 1, 2022, after notice to proceed
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
