Description
This project is a 3P project and consists of milling, resurfacing, detector loop installation, and ADA improvements. It also includes two (2) proposed culvert replacements with necessary roadway/shoulder improvements for the construction of a 5’x5’ and 6’x5’ reinforced concrete box culverts near the intersections of IL 109/Dow Road and IL 109/Hagen Road. This project is located in Jersey County along FAS 747/FAU 8813 (IL 109). The project limits are IL 109 from south of IL 3 to US 67, approximately 8.22 miles long. DBE goal for this project is 10%. EEO requirements.
