Description
The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority requests technical and cost proposals from qualified vendors for Used Vehicle Tire collection and recycling. This service will be provided to one or more of the Authority’s Member Jurisdictions, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County and Howard County. The individual Member Jurisdictions will complete a confirmation with the selected vendor. The initial term of the Master Service Agreement (defined below) will be January 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. However, the date on which service begins (“Operations Date”) may be different for each Member Jurisdiction. Q&A due by 4pm, 10/7/21. MBE goal 7%.
