This project includes SMART Resurfacing (mill 1.5” and overlay 1.5” of HMA onto milled surface), pavement patching, pavement marking, traffic control, and all other items required to complete the project are also included. This project is located on IL 161 from Albers Road to Hanover Street in Germantown. DBE goal for this project is 12%. EEO requirements.
