HVAC Replacement - Heat Pumps (20 Properties-Municipal Housing), Laredo, TX

The City of Laredo Municipal Housing is requesting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the electrical H.V.A.C., A/C system and weatherization Project at 20 Properties, subject to the Terms and Conditions and other contract provision. The purpose of this project is to replace the electrical H.V.A.C., A/C system and weatherization Project at 20 Properties located at the Noise-Abatement area.  The systems will require Heat Pump replacement- 2 disconnect boxes for new A/C systems.  A work load calculation will be required in order to proper size the units.  Manual J will be performed in all 20 properties. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of debris. Questions are due no later than 5:00 PM on Oct 19th. The City of Laredo has established a 5% local vendor preference. Contractor shall have 20 calendar days to complete the project in its entirety. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Oct 19th.
