Description
Security Alarm System Installation, Monitoring, Maintenance and Repair Services provided to the California High-Speed Rail Authority Central Valley Regional Headquarter Buildings. Term: November 1, 2021, or upon approval by all parties, through October 31, 2023. This is a single award solicitation. Two (2) contracts will be awarded to one (1) bidder based upon the lowest responsive/responsible bid for the cumulative total of the installation, monitoring and maintenance services identified. A contract will be executed for the monitoring services portion of the agreement, which is not defined as public works (Monitoring Contract). A second contract will be executed for the public works installation, maintenance and repair portion, which will require a payment bond for the entire amount of that agreement, and will include payment of prevailing wages (Installation, Maintenance and Repair Contract). Note: Both contracts will be awarded to the same bidder based upon the lowest cumulative total, irrespective of the individual subtotals of the installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring bid amounts.
