RFSOQ: Land Surveying Services for the CA State Park System, Statewide, CA

The California Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Architectural and Engineering Services for projects located in the California State Park System for the discipline of Land Surveying. Services for potential projects include, however are not limited to, some or all of the following: study, planning, schematics, preliminary design, design development, preparation of construction documents, estimating, specification writing, preparation of building analyses for existing historic and non-historic structures, obtaining permits from state agencies such as the State Fire Marshal and the Access Compliance Section of the Division of State Architect delegated to DPR. Potential projects will include, however not be limited to, building and civil systems renovation, rehabilitation of historic structures, new construction, and remediation/mitigation projects in compliance with Title 24, and other codes and standards as applicable by project. Firms (Contractors) will be selected and designated to perform Professional Services throughout Northern and Southern California. Questions due 10/18/21.
