Description
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and personnel to: provide the DSH with Underground Fuel Storage Tank Inspections and Line Tests Services. DSH-Coalinga has two (2) diesel underground storage tanks (UST) and one (1) gasoline UST that require test and inspections for Fresno County Department of Public Health operating permits. Term is through 6/30/24. Questions due 10/20/21. DBE incentives.
