DSH-Napa Generators Recondition and Rewind, Napa, CA

Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bond, and personnel to provide the DSH-Napa with recondition and rewind services, to Manufacturer specifications or better, for two (2) Marathon Magna One Synchronous AC Generators, one (1) 800 kW and one (1) 1000 kW.  Once approved by Contract Manager, Vendor shall continue the overhaul, remanufacture, post inspection and testing of unit.  Vendor shall provide a written performance report and certification that each generator has passed all inspections. A minimum one-year warranty to be included for each generator.  Any changes to existing generators assembly or operation may require Bay Area Air Quality Management District, review for Authority to Construct and/or Permit to Operate, contractor is required to submit and obtain all permits.
