Work of the project involves 1.75 miles of concrete trail & landscape amenities from Beechnut St., between La Roche Ln & Commerce Park Dr., to Sands Point Dr. between S Gessner Rd & Redding Rd. (9.922 SY concrete pedestrian trail; 12,671 SY cement stabilized sand base; 3,714 CY earthwork, rough grading & fine grading; 520 each plantings.) Target start is Dec, 2021 and target completion is Sept 2022. MWSBE Goal: _24%_ percent, where SBE can make up to 4% of the goal.
