Description
The Ogden City Redevelopment Agency (City) currently owns the property located at 738 ‐ 756 30th Street. It is the intention of the City to sell the property to an experienced developer that will be able to restore the historic building back to its original function and design. Also, as part of the purchase, the developer would have the option to introduce new housing units to the surrounding property. The design of the new units would need to share the same architectural theme and look like the existing historic building. The property is subject to a conditional overlay which could allow up to 14 new units to the site. The final number of units will need to be determined by the developer’s analysis of the site.
