Description
The walk thru is not mandatory but highly encouraged for bidding contractors to review the mountain terrain and environment before snow falls. Attendance in the walk thru will be considered in the bid selection process. Three projects are as follows: 1) Snowshoe and Toboggan Waterline Project Walk-thru This project entails the installation of approximately 3550 ft of ductile iron water line, hydrants, valves, air vac, and PRV vault. Grubbing, rock excavation, one (1) stream crossing and dewatering are all possible along the route. 2) Forest and Falcon Waterline Project Walk-thru This project entails the installation of approximately 2250 ft of ductile iron waterline, hydrants, valves and air vacs. Grubbing, rock excavation and dewatering are all possible along the route. 3) Paved Town Trail Phase III Project Walk-thru This project entails the installation of approximately 3,100 ft of paved walking trail through the center of Brian Head Town. Widths will possibly range from 6' ft to 10'ft wide.
