Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, incidentals and traffic control to repair existing damage to sound walls (both masonry block and pre-cast concrete panel), access gates, doors, concrete barriers (all types) and sound walls on concrete barriers. Term is 11/1/21 through 10/31/22. DBE incentives. Questions due 10/15/21
