Carma Easton LLC (“Owner”) on behalf of Pilot Knob Municipal Utility District No. 3 (the “District”) is requesting sealed written Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and for performing all Work required for Easton Park Section 4A Landscape (the “Project”) located at the northeast corner of Finial Drive and Colton Bluff Springs Road in Travis County, Texas. The Project consists of the following: construction of sitework, grading, plantings, irrigation, and signage.
