Description
The scope of the work consists of replacement of existing asphalt and concrete pavement with new concrete and asphalt pavement sections, installation of new light poles and electric service, new swales and drainage, repainting existing railings, clearing, erosion control, new landscaping, steel stairs with railings to an existing overlook structure, and new exterior furniture and amenities. The Contractor will start the work within 10 days of receipt of the written Notice to Proceed as issued by the City Engineer. The Contractor shall complete the work within 120 calendar days from the date the Notice to Proceed. MBE goal is 20% and WBE goal is 10%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
