Description
Service shall consist of regular systematic examinations twice per year to inspect, clean and adjust as necessary all mechanical and electrical parts. The term of the resulting contract shall be for 12 months and the City shall have the sole option to extend the contract for one (1) additional 12-month period at the same pricing, terms and conditions.
