Description
Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Chula Vista DMV Field Office (approximately 125,791 square feet of paved parking surfaces and parking lot) for the term of this Agreement. Questions due 10/18/21. Term is through 12/31/24. DBE incentives.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
