Description
The State of Ohio is looking for proposals from Contractors demonstrating their capacity and experience to perform various types of HVAC Equipment and Controls Maintenance and Repair for buildings maintained by eligible agencies and cooperative purchasing members. These buildings vary in size, manufacturer brand of equipment, capacity, maintenance record, type of system, and year of installation. Contractors will be required to display evidence of previous experience that meets these diverse needs. Subsequently, customers will solicit quotes for HVAC maintenance and repair from the prequalified suppliers.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
