Description
Replacement of the existing Building G1 and IPS roofs, including abatement of asbestos, removal of existing Built Up Roof (BUR), including Light Weight Insulated Concrete (LWIC), temporary relocation of functional HVAC equipment. Installation of approximately 25,000 SF of Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof, and approximately 2,790 square feet of sloped concrete tile roof, and skylight replacement. Q&A due by 4pm, 11/8/21.
