Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor to make following complete installations: Temporary water as required for work and that is necessary to maintain continuous service to building use and occupants. Schedule “shutdowns” in advance with the Owner. Cutting and patching as required to accomplish the work indicated including painting finish work. Complete hot water, hot water return, tempered water, and cold water distribution systems as indicated on plans for all new plumbing fixtures and equipment. Complete sanitary drainage and vent piping as indicated on plans for all new plumbing fixtures and equipment. Furnishing and installing of plumbing fixtures, equipment and specialties. Insulation and Identification of piping and valves as required by the specifications but not limited to pipe identification and valve identification for all systems. Sleeves and plates including fire stop material. Testing, start-up and balancing of all plumbing installations to include domestic hot water, domestic cold water, and domestic hot water return systems. Balancing work shall include rebalancing of all existing and new domestic hot water systems. Servicing of plumbing equipment installed as required during guarantee period for a minimum of one year after owner’s acceptance. Provide competent factory-trained personnel at site for the purpose of instructing Owner's personnel in proper operation and maintenance of all new plumbing equipment. Preparation and submission of coordination drawings to include coordination with all trades involved in the renovated and new work areas. All work as shown and indicated on plumbing drawings and as specified in Division 22. Plumbing demolition work shall include but not limited to the complete removal of material and equipment from the site. Deadline for questions is October 26, 2021 by 12:00pm.
