Description
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide all new materials, utilities, equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, fuel and power, performing all work as required by the Contract, in strict accordance with the Specifications, Schedules and Drawings. To replace retaining wall located at the Tollgate Residential Yard Trim Drop-Off Facility 703 N.Tollgate Road Bel Air, Maryland 21014. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Q&A due by 1pm, 10/26/21.
