(2): Job J2S3363 Route P KNOX County. ADA improvements from west city limits to Fulton St. in Edina, the total length of improvement being 0.406 miles. (3): Job J2S3402 Route BB KNOX County. ADA improvements from Rte. 15 to Plevna Place in Plevna, the total length of improvement being 0.047 miles. DBE goal is 5%.
