Description
EDGE goal 5% Renovation of the existing public restrooms located on the first floor of Ross Heart Hospital, 452 West 10the Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The project scope includes Rooms H1209T Women’s Restroom (255 SF), H1210T Men’s Restroom (198 SF), including the entry space located before each restroom (36 SF each). The scope of the renovations will upgrade finishes in the existing spaces identified above. Alternate G-1 is to replace the existing drinking fountain with new, along with panel screens so that it complies with ADA.
