Description
The scope of work includes furnishing specified materials, all labor, equipment, and services necessary to perform the following: - Demolition of existing volleyball net. - Demolition and relocation of existing sidewalk utilizing pervious concrete. - Removal and relocation of existing utilities around pickleball slab. - Removal and relocation of existing irrigation system around pickleball slab including preparation and approval of a landscape plan by a Licensed Architect. - Grading and construction of a post-tension slab for pickleball courts. - Installation of three (3) sets of posts and nets for the pickleball courts. - Surfacing of the pickleball courts. - Installation of fencing around the pickleball courts and viewing areas. - Construction of viewing areas composed of decomposed granite and pervious concrete. Work is located at Melba Bishop Park, 5306 N River Rd, Oceanside, CA 92057
