Description
This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a Local Let Maintenance Contract Consisting of Metal Beam Guard Fence Repair in Moore, Hutchinson, Hansford, Sherman, Dallam and Hartley counties as shown on the plans. This contract shall commence upon issuance of a work order by the Engineer and continue for 365 calendar days or until funds are expended, whichever occurs first. Work on this contract may not be continuous and will be accomplished at the direction of the Engineer. The contractor shall be required to begin work within 7 Calendar Days of written notice of necessary repairs. Time For Completion: 365 Calendar Days.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
