CA Conservation Corps Tahoe Center Flooring Project, South Lake Tahoe, CA

Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, licensing, permits and taxes necessary to provide the CCC Tahoe Center with flooring installation in the Dorm rooms. Term is through 12/30/22. Questions due 11/3/21. DBE incentives. Remove and replace sheet vinyl flooring in dorm room bathrooms and remove and replace VCT tiles in dorm room living quarters. Remove and replace the existing sheet vinyl flooring and VCT tiles, prepare underlayment floor to receive new sheet vinyl flooring and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in each of the twenty-six (26) occupied dorm rooms; 13 rooms on the second floor (206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217 and 219) and 13 rooms on the third floor (306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315, 316, 317 and 319). An installation plan will need to be developed once a contract is awarded. Add Alternate 1: Contractor to provide a per room cost to replace the flooring in the nine (9) dorm rooms on the first floor (106, 107, 108, 109, 111, 113, 115, 117, and 119). Add Alternate 2: Contractor to provide a per room cost to replace the flooring in room 218 on the second floor and 318 on the third floor.
