Description
The project is an expansion and interior renovation of an existing A-2 clubhouse of approximately 20,000 square feet. The expansion of approximately 3,000 square feet includes golf cart storage, expansion of the pro shop, and an outdoor dining terrace. The interior renovation of approximately 4,000 square feet includes finish replacement, repairs, and upgrades through the pro shop, locker rooms, offices, and various corridors and circulation paths. The work includes new exterior windows, re-glazing of existing windows, new doors, new ceilings, new lights, renovated bathrooms, new finishes throughout, relocation of the gas meter, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
