Sealed bids are invited for the renovation of Old Dominion University’s IFB #22-ODU-10- CCC, VAB Math Lab Renovation, at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA 23529. The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as work includes phased selective demolition and interior renovation of sections of the former Visual Arts building for the Math Department. The Work includes HVAC, plumbing, and Electrical renovations. All work to be completed and in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. Anticipated construction period is on or about December 6, 2021 with a final completion of July 1, 2022. Q&A due by 2pm, 10/21/21.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
