Description
Rio Vista has two wastewater treatment plants (Beach Plant and the Northwest Plant) and desires to have one plant servicing the City. Therefore, the City is seeking to engage an experienced firm to: • Plan and design a new pipeline system to redirect the Beach Plant wastewater to the Northwest Treatment Plant. • Upgrade the NWTP to treat the redirected Beach Plant wastewater. • Inspect and recommend possible upgrades to the NWTP to return the plant to its full one million gallons per day capacity. • Assist the City in sourcing State and/or Federal grants/loans to fund the project.
