The City of Hialeah Construction and Maintenance Department is proposing to remove the existing porcelain tiles and waterproofing system at the exterior rooftop terrace and exterior stairs at the Milander Center (4800 Palm Ave.) and replacing with a new 10-year waterproofing system and new tiles/pavers as per plans and specifications.
