Description
Removal and replacement of IL 78 two-span, two-lane bridge over Plum River. Reconstruction of approach roadways, guardrail replacement, drainage improvements, pavement marking, signing and maintenance of traffic staging. Project also includes riverbank erosion control protection of the Plum River easterly of the bridge. EEO requirements. DBE goal for this project is 2%.
