Description
The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the completion of pavement removal, combination curb and gutter removal, sidewalk removal, aggregate subgrade improvement, subbase granular material, hot-mix asphalt base course, hot mix asphalt binder and surface courses, Portland cement concrete sidewalk, detectable warnings, class B patches, combination concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, fiber optic cable relocation, and other incidental and miscellaneous items of work in accordance with the Plans, Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions. DBE goal is 22%. EEO requirements.
