Description

In general the contract includes: Replace egress windows on the second and third floors located at the existing exterior fire escape. Provide egress access from existing exterior fire escape to existing egress
catwalk via a new steel landing and stair.  Substantially complete 75 calendar days, final completion 105 calendar days. Insurance required.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
